in for a landing

More than 24 hours of travel by trains, planes and automobiles has left me too jet-lagged to write much. I'm glad to be back in SF which is coldddddddd, and appears to be in full holiday-prep mode (Christmas tree lot across Hayes Green, a big red bow on the tree outside my front step and holiday lights strung from pole to pole) and it's safe to say my relationship with India is officially a life-long commitment. Grateful I've some good time left on my tourist visa.... The Operation Shanti benefit party performance was fun: video of Chocolate Stand Band doing new song "It's All Up to You" @ Vivian's below, pie was consumed and we raised enough for the kids warm winter clothing.
