Read.Eat.Listen: Change

"Any transition serious enough to alter your definition of self will require not just small adjustments in your way of living and thinking but a full-on metamorphosis." — Martha Beck, Growing Wings

It seems like everyone I know has been going through something life-altering of late--I've got a full roster of friends and family either getting married, managing a break-up, contending with illness, lost jobs or loved ones, or having a baby, etc. et. al.... A lot of change.
Some food for thought (and food) on that matter:

"If you'd like to reach me, leave me alone." I've always loved that lyric. The street in the video is in my old hood - I think it may be named Gay St.
