Post birthday toasts for one of my favorite food critics (and longest SF friendships) (Lil)Mat (ty) Stafford @ Tosca, a couple of us headed to the Mission for some of the Mission Arts & Performance Project's monthly happening to take in a bit of The Box Factory jam and art exhibit, catch up with musician/founder *bernadette* and then walk a few blogs to trip out over Carl Pisaturo's Rube Goldburg-esque kinetic sculptures and photo viewers. Wowza. Greatness in action. Like boardwalk rides for the eyes is how I'll describe his work. Check out his site.
