I've decided, for the umpteenth time, that yoga really is the cure for most everything that ails me.
As soon as I wrote that the phone rang. Jessica and Steph want a yoga lesson.

I'm also excited to have signed up for Sri K. Pattabhi Jois's next visit to the states --post Austin for SXSW I'm headed to Florida for some time with the master.
